9 am - On Stage - Hayley Saunders - Yogi

Local Central Coastian, Hayley is a yoga teacher with everyday realism as her mission. She is passionate and insightful about anything to do with helping heal both human and non-humankind alike.

You'll find her inspirations come from nature, quantum biology, Ahimsa (to do no harm), the ocean, surfing and the creation of art and alchemy.

Hayley brings a unique element of mixing the sweet parts of yoga together (both strength and stretching) based on thousands of years of traditional Hatha, intertwining, intuitive & functional movement, soul and breath work and philosophy into a juicy practice of yoga, remembering it's not just about the asana (pose) but the response to the asana.

With inspiration from travelling, life experiences and over 12 years of teaching yoga, meditation, breath work and dance, she will help facilitate a re-membering of who you really are in a supportive space, feeling deeply into what you need, more connected to your body and life itself.

Hayley runs her Yoga/PT/Coaching service out of the beautiful Pearl Beach village on the Central Coast just 1 hour north of Sydney. She is also an exercise specialist providing online, personal training/yoga sessions 1:1 and group bookings and facilitating space at events.

Hayley always aspires to find the will to learn and grow, recognising it starts with self through challenges of adversity, habits and healing. One must look within to be able to grow with others.

Completely vegan for nearly 10 years, Hayley's daughter Miyah and her have 4 rescue chickens, 2 gifted bunny rabbits and plentiful wildlife in their backyard of the national park. They hope one day to create a retreat rescue sanctuary on fertile land to collaboratively return to harmony to earth. ❤️

Feel free to join class as we join Alive Fest for the first time, where everyone is welcome to join the yoga class, move, breath and have fun as we connect with an all-inclusive practice, to start the day off sharing the space with love 🌱

Namaste!
